| Description | This is the Kitamon Gate (North Gate), also known as the Kamenokomon Gate. This is a really well preserved masugata style gate with the walls all around it just on the other side of a bridge over a moat. I really like the gate and the style but it was very difficult to get a good picture of the big gate from inside the small masugata space with the sun just over the top of the gate in my eyes. This gate is easy to miss so make sure you check the location on the map and don't miss it. |
