| Description | This is the guard house just inside the entrance to the honmaru. The entrance to the honmaru was naturally one of the most heavily protected entrances within the castle. To get to the honmaru from outside the castle one had to pass through four gates including the one that was guarded by this house. The gate itself no longer exists. |
