| Description | This is the Sannomaru Outemon gate of Hirosaki-jo. It is the nijuumon style of yagura mon. It's also the largest remaining gate in the castle and currently serves as the main entrance. Notice the shachi mounted on top of the gate to protect it from fire. | Historical Artifacts |
