History
Yashimashi-yashiki was the fortified residence of the Yashima Clan. The Yashima built it after capturing Kitabayashi Castle in 1335. See Ogata-Yashimajō (Ogata Yashima Castle) for more information.

The site is now fields beneath the by-pass motorway and no ruins remain.
